\nOur new venue HELEN OF TROY<\/strong> is a Rock n Roll venue in Soho just of Oxford St. It\u2019s a basement club with a low ceiling, air conditioning, sound system, dancefloor, bar and seating area.
\nJoin us at our new home in the heart of Soho for a new era of MOUSETRAP.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mousetrap started in 1992 at our original venue ORLEANS.
\nStarting in the basement and then onto two floors with the\u00a0SOUL LOFT<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0BEAT BASEMENT<\/strong>\u00a0with a spiral staircase connecting the two floors.
\nThe club prospered for over a decade in this format before the ground floor was sold and we returned to the basement only, with alternate dances for the different music styles.<\/p>\n

Over the last thirty-four years Mousetrap music has been prolific with an abundance of new scene discoveries filtering up to the weekenders and festivals some tracks with global appeal and into the mainstream media via TV and Radio adverts.<\/p>\n

In 1997 the\u00a0MOUSETRAP<\/strong>\u00a0label was born with a free 45 for each customer who attended the anniversary. On one side of the disc you will find a song from the \u2018R&B dances\u2019 and on the flipside a tune from our \u2018Fuzz for Freaks\u2019 playlist including some unreleased gems. Some of these early releases are now commanding big money in their own right.<\/p>\n
